Terms and Conditions
1. Services
Eleanor Vinogradova Photography provides photography services as described in each individual booking agreement. All bookings are governed by a written contract that supersedes any general terms listed here.
2. Bookings and Deposits
All bookings require a signed contract and a deposit to confirm the date or session. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the booking for reasons within our control.
3. Payment
The remaining balance is due as specified in your booking contract, typically on or before the session or wedding date. Late payments may result in delayed gallery delivery.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client cancellations are governed by the terms in the individual booking contract. Rescheduling requests made with at least 30 days notice are accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
5. Delivery
Final gallery delivery timelines are stated in each booking contract. Timelines begin from the session or wedding date. Factors outside our control may affect delivery; clients will be informed of any change.
6. Copyright and Usage
All photographs remain the intellectual property of Eleanor Vinogradova Photography. Clients receive a personal usage licence for the images delivered. Commercial usage beyond the scope agreed in the booking contract requires a separate licence.
7. Portfolio Use
We reserve the right to use delivered images for portfolio, marketing, and editorial purposes unless the client has requested otherwise in writing at the time of booking.
8. Liability
We carry professional indemnity insurance. In the event of technical failure, loss of data, or circumstances beyond our control that prevent delivery, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eleanor Vinogradova Photography is registered. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal process.
